Michelle was introduced to Lagree in 2011 by a friend who opened a Lagree Studio in Arizona. After taking her first class she was instantly hooked and knew she wanted to learn more about the method. She moved on to getting Level 1 Lagree Certified in 2012.

Michelle currently manages and teaches classes at MegaFit in Chandler, AZ. She's excited to be a part of the Lagree community and to get the opportunity to share, inspire and educate others on this amazing workout that has truly changed her body and mind in so many positive ways.
