Lisa has been a fitness enthusiast her entire life. While in college, she was a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She was also an avid endurance sport athlete, competing in numerous marathons and triathlons.

In addition to fitness, Lisa has spent the last 25 years as a dentist and owner of The Dental Spa in Las Vegas, NV. After many years spent performing dental work on patients all day, she realized it was time to move on to something that was most gentle on the neck and back. That's when she discovered Pilates, which helped her regain movement and flexibility. However, it wasn't until her first Lagree class that her passion for fitness was truly reignited. Today, Lisa works for several Lagree studios in Las Vegas, NV, in addition to continuing her work as a personal trainer. Although Lisa still loves a beautiful smile, she states that Lagree has truly become her passion and she loves telling anyone who will listen about the Lagree Method.
