Abigayle’s Lagree journey started in 2012 when she was introduced to the Megaformer while recovering from an injury. She was blown away by how a low impact exercise could yield such incredible results. She was hooked and took her first Level 1 training in 2013. Abigayle taught as a Lagree instructor for six years before launching her own studio, Urban Lagree, which offers both Megaformer and Lagree Ramp classes. The studio has won best in class awards and continues to grow its community year after year!

Outside of Lagree, Abigayle has had a successful corporate career in Product Management, holding leadership positions at tech start ups in both Silicon Valley and Austin. Her passion will always be group fitness and over the years Abigayle has trained as a vinyasa yoga and spin instructor. Nonetheless, Abigayle’s first love will (of course) always be Lagree as she passionately knows it is the only workout in the market today that can safely deliver lasting change.
